Delivery
All orders will be dispatched within 7 days, if your item is coming direct from the manufacturer (for example furniture sets) then please allow upto 28 days for delivery, you will receive either an email or a telephone call from us within 24 hours of order if there are any delays.
Orders are despatched using our Courier service and in some cases via Royal Mail.
Lost or delayed parcels
Please read carefully. In the event of a lost or delayed parcel we will do our best to help. If you have not received your parcel within the timeframe mentioned please feel most welcome to contact us and we will contact Royal Mail/Courier on your behalf to try to locate your parcel.
After 21 days, if your parcel is yet to arrive, Tussypats will be happy to declare your parcel as lost or unacceptably delayed and you will be offered a choice of either a full refund or an immediate replacement (stock permitting) sent out.
Returns
Returning/Exchanging a non faulty item.
Most things we sell are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Personal items (such as breast pumps) made to order items and personalised items can only be returned if found to be faulty. Self-assembly furniture cannot be returned if assembly is part or fully completed unless the item is faulty. Beds, mattresses cannot be returned if unwrapped unless faulty.
Please contact us to arrange a return, as no return will be accepted without a returns number (RMA). You must return items to us, unused, in their original undamaged packaging, in a saleable condition, within 7 days from date of receipt along with the invoice or order number (which can be found on your invoice or on confirmation emails)
and your returns number.
If you would like to return an unwanted product please email us at returns@tussypats.com to obtain an RMA (returns) number. As per our terms and conditions the cost of returning any items is at your expense and we do not offer a collection service so you will need to use your own courier. Please remember you must obtain an RMA (returns number) within seven days of delivery before sending any goods back to us. To obtain an RMA Number please email us at returns@tussypats.com
If you are returning an unwanted item (within 7 days) you must use the original packaging to enable a full refund.
Please do not return any item without contacting us. Once your item is received and processed we will then issue you a refund
Returning a faulty or incorrect item
Please contact us if your item is faulty or you have received an incorrect item, we will provide the best method possible to ensure the order gets back to us safely and will arrange collection or provide returns details.
Once we have received the goods, we will process your return and ensure that replacements/exchanges are dispatched quickly.
All refunds will be processed within 48 hours. We will send you an email to confirm each stage.
Within 28 days
If you wish to return your item(s) within 28 days from the date of receipt, we'll give you a replacement or a refund, following verification at the service centre. No collection fee is charged.
If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Between 28 days - 6 months
If you've had the product for up to 6 months following the date of receipt, we will send the item to be repaired or, if that's not possible, give you a replacement or, if that's not possible, a refund. No collection fee is charged.
If your item is lightweight you may be asked to return the item by post. If this is the case, you will be refunded the postage for second class return.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
6 months +
If you've had the product for more than 6 months following the date of receipt, we can obtain a quote from the manufacturer for repair.
