What payment methods do you accept?
We are happy to accept all major credit or debit cards, except American Express. We also accept payments via Paypal, Nochex, Uncrossed Postal Orders & Cheques supported by a guarantee card.
All goods sold by Tussypats remain the property of Tussypats until full payment has been received.
Goods will only be dispatched once full payment has cleared.
What are your delivery charges?
For orders £100 and over, delivery is free.
For orders £20 and under our delivery charge is £3.99.
For orders between £20.01 and £99.99 our delivery charge is £5.99.
Extra charges may apply to those purchasing outside Mainland UK
Will you ship to any international destinations or outside the UK Mainland
We ship to all locations within the United Kingdom and Ireland
Our FREE delivery, £3.99 and £5.99 delivery offers apply to the UK Mainland only, for an extra charge we can ship to the rest of the UK and Ireland, please contact us for a quote or proceed through checkout and we will contact you. Charges are based on real costs only and are not inflated in any way. In some cases there will be no extra charge.
My items have arrived but the box seems to be damaged.
We would ask that you accept the delivery and check if the contents of the box are damaged. If you find the contents to be damaged, please report this to our customer services on 0800 7566664 or email us support@tussypats.com We will then decide on the best course of action to resolve this quickly for you. Collection charges will apply if delivery is refused unless the product (not the packaging) is faulty/damaged (following verification at our service centre).
Are all the items in stock?
In order to provide such a wide stock range it is not possible for us to stock every product and some products will be ordered in from the manufacturer.
We can therefore not always guarantee stock availability.
To be sure of stock availability, we would advise you to contact us on either 0800 7566664 or via e-mail.
Do you deliver to BFPO (British Forces Post Office) or PO Boxes?
For security reasons we cannot deliver to a BFPO address.
We also reserve the right not to deliver orders if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If this affects an order you place, we will notify you as soon as possible.
What is your refund procedure?
Refund Procedure
Once we have received and verified the returned item we will initiate the refund, replacement or exchange.
Your refund will be processed using the original payment method. Any payments made by PayPal will be refunded via PayPal.
Any refunds due to the customer will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the goods by Tussypats, as per Distance Selling Regulations.

When will my item be delivered?
Most items are dispatched within 7 days, you will received an email from us with delivery details. Items that come directly from the manufacturer may take longer but you will always be informed and kept upto date. Please see our delivery section for more details.
